This is a great neighborhood perfect for couples, friends, or solo travelers looking for a comfy, stylish spot. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking is allowed inside the house, and a $500 fine will be charged for any violation. Please lock all doors when leaving the apartment, even for short outings. Before checking out, please set the thermostat to 7075F for A/C in warmer months or 6769F for heat in colder months. Use caution on the basement stairs, and please use the handrail at all times. Please use the provided remotes for the TVs and electronics and do not adjust wiring or unplug devices. Please do not move or adjust furniture in the rooms.
