No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not permitted on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed 2. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. Staying beyond the scheduled 10 AM check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300.
