This unit has the bus stop practically outside the front door! Tenant is responsible for heat, cooking gas and electricity. The owner pays the water bill. No Pets, No previous eviction no exceptions. This is a quiet building. If you are accustomed to playing loud music, slamming doors, this might not be the unit for you.
