This is a residential community, and it is important to respect the property rules and other residents during your stay. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 8 AM daily. No smoking of any substance is allowed on the property or within 20 feet of any windows or doors, with a $250 smoke remediation fee or the actual cost of remediation, whichever is higher, for violations. Unauthorized parties and events are grounds for immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and checkout is before 11 AM. Only guests stated on the reservation are allowed on the property without prior consent, and any approved visitors must vacate by 10 PM. Sharing of door codes and building fobs without prior authorization is prohibited and may result in termination of your reservation without a refund. The apartment is equipped with blazing-fast fiber internet, making it ideal for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
