Property
Livable rental with a spacious bedroom and very reasonable rent with the inclusion of amenities like garbage, water, and sewer. A nice view of the lake, but we were unaware that it was next to the “Big Lake Resort” which was full of RVs.
Management
We were interested in this unit from the pictures but we barely got to see any of it since the tour was approximately 5 minutes — in and out. The application had to be turned in at another location as well and we were not told what information would be needed to complete the application. The realtor was not too convincing of the property’s value but at least showed up on time. Overall, subpar to poor customer service from the property management but a decent rental.
