Monthly maid service included! Dishwasher, RO water system, New Central A/C with Nest Thermostat, New Washer/Dryer, etc. No pets and no smoking.
Water is covered and you can use our wifi. For electric you have your own electric meter so you just pay for what you use. No smoking and no pets.
