It is clean, bright, and light and is in move-in-ready condition. The tastefully decorated living room features a leather sofa, a metal and glass coffee table, and contemporary mountain artwork. Neutral hues throughout create a restful vibe. Your closest bus stop is Matterhorn, with about 1/4 mile of descent to the bus stop (having a car is recommended). The studio is part of the residential home consisting of 4 units. Quiet, clean, and in a nice area close to Lionshead Village and Vail Village, Donovan Park/Pavillion, close to a bus stop, supermarkets, and restaurants. The City of Vail is a vibrant mountain community, both during the ski season and in the summer, with numerous festivals, hiking trails, mountain biking, and a host of other recreational activities. We will consider renters for 12-month rent or short-term rental (minimum 3 months). The rent price per month is $2600 for a 12-month lease. Please contact the host for short-term rental pricing. Parking for one car is assigned and uncovered. OPEN HOUSE on Saturday, 4/19 from 9-2 pm. ALL UTILITIES and INTERNET are INCLUDED in the price of the rental. W/D shared with one other unit. There is a $50 pet fee monthly (per pet). One assigned parking space on the street. We will need proof of employment and we will conduct a criminal background/credit check. The application fee is $50 payable via Zelle or Venmo. The place is situated about half a mile from the Matterhorn bus stop (which is by Donovan Park in West Vail). OPEN HOUSE on Saturday, 4/19 from 9-2 pm.
