With ample space to accommodate up to 14 guests in the beds and on the two sleeper sofas, this home is perfect for large groups and families seeking a truly inclusive experience. The full kitchen is a culinary haven, allowing you to prepare delicious meals and create lasting memories around the dining table. Outside, the expansive backyard beckons, offering ample space for your family to stretch out and enjoy the fresh air. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located in old-town Mobile in the family-friendly Old Dauphin Way Historic District, this home is close to all there is to do and see in Mobile. Driving is recommended to get around to everything easily, but there are Uber and Lyft available in the area. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and you will receive the code upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated for maximum privacy and flexibility. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged. Parties are prohibited, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
