You'll find convenience and functionality throughout the space, including two bathrooms that provide ample facilities for everyone. One of the bedrooms containing a twin bed can only be accessed through the bedroom with the king-size bed. Rest assured, this arrangement offers privacy, as it has its own door. This unique configuration adds a touch of charm to the home and provides an intimate space for those who prefer to stay together. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Located in old-town Mobile in the family-friendly Old Dauphin Way Historic District, this home is close to all there is to do and see in Mobile. Driving is recommended to get around to everything easily, but there are Uber and Lyft available in the area. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. To be courteous to neighbors, quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without eligibility for any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. Pets are permitted at this home with a non-refundable fee. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. A $100 charge applies for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Check-in and check-out are automated, providing maximum privacy and flexibility. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
