Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level will be subject to one warning, and if a repeated violation occurs a second time, a $300 fee will apply, and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. Tampering with or breaking the outside camera in any way, including disabling, covering, or blocking, will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. Do not leave the front door unlocked or open at any time. An unauthorized late checkout fee of $100 is applied for checkouts later than 11:00 AM. Guests must be 21 years or older in order to book this home. A $1,000 fine will be assessed for throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, and you will be evicted from the property immediately.
