I lived in this apartment about 15 years ago and I have very fond memories of it! I only moved out of this building last year and I can proudly endorse it! This unit is on the ground floor but there is no building directly across the living room exposure so the light is great. The kitchen has copious storage and a dishwasher is being installed. There are closets galore with excellent shelving, the storage in the apartment is unmatched. There are two unbelievable double door closets in the hallway, another quadruple door closet in the larger bedroom and a double door closet in the smaller bedroom. Both bedrooms get incredible good light courtesy of their southern exposure and they both can fit kings sized beds. There is radiator heat controlled by a thermostat. Both the living room and larger bedroom have air conditioner sleeves with pre-installed AC's. The smaller bedroom could use a window unit AC. Both bedrooms face the rear of the building and have a great view of the buildings well manicured garden. Finally, there is coin operated laundry (with a change machine) in the basement.
Pets are not allowed in this building except as a reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities.
