We frequent the spots on Armitage (less than 10 minute walk) like Yaba's, Solemn Oath, Parsons, Giant, Miko's and Scofflaw a little too often. It's a quick zip across the park to our favorite haunts on California and Augusta, like Rootstock and the California Clipper. And we hop on the 606 to zip east to Wicker with ease. North Ave. bus picks up down the street, street parking is ample in front of the house, and there's a Divvy station on the corner. Available August for a 12 month rental (early move-in may be possible upon request). $3,000 monthly rent includes $2,750 base rent and $250 for gas (boiler heater system, hot water). The only utility not included in rent is electricity (lights, HVAC). This averages around $50 a month (2024-2025).
