Alexandria, VA) right across the bridge from Shirlington (technically on the border of Arlington and Alexandria). Rent is $3,300 a month (or $1,650 per person in a two roommate scenario), WHICH INCLUDES: water, electricity, gas, a reserved parking spot, and a bi-weekly professional cleaning service. The tenants are responsible for providing Internet/TV service. The property is perfect for a couple, a young family, or two individual roommates! Convenient location access to 395 and the EZ Pass expressway (both entry and exit on the Shirlington exit). Less 3/4 mile to 395/Shirlington, a quick 9 minute drive to the Pentagon, 11 minute drive to the 395 bridge to SW DC. About two miles from the King St. Metro Station with bus stops around the corner of the property. The neighborhood is right off of Quaker Lane, across the street from Greenstreet Gardens. It is an extremely safe and quiet neighborhood, with Fairlington Restaurants being right around the corner. The space is nicely renovated, has an in-unit SpeedQueen Washer and Dryer, and on the top two floors of the condo complex (yay, no upstairs neighbors). Lots of storage above each bathroom and in each bedroom. Walk in closets per bedroom as well. The space is also dog friendly (sadly no cats allowed), with some limitations!
