Falling Run Apartments is a quiet, non-smoking, well maintained and secure 16 unit complex. It is just off the main road with a private parking lot, and is surrounded by trees. Winter maintenance is always prompt with snow and ice removal on lot and sidewalks. This unit is located on the first floor. Washer and dryer hookups are provided in a utility room in the apartment. We have an Intercom Security System whereas the foyer doors lock automatically, visitors ring the Tenants buzzer, and the Tenant is able to speak back and forth on the intercom from the comfort of their apartment. The Tenant can also, if they choose, open the foyer door without leaving their apartment. Pets (cat or dog under 25 pounds, NO reptiles) are allowed with Pet Deposit, Pet Rent and restrictions- ask about Pet Policy details. We show our apartments by appointment.
