    This is a two bedroom one bathroom apartment with a large spacious living room and attached parking garage. The rent is $900 per month with a one time deposit of $900 that is refundable at the end of your lease term. Absolutely no cigarette or tobacco smoking aloud in building. The apartment is pet friendly with a $25-$75 extra per month per pet pet rent (depends on size and breed of animal). We only do yearly leases. There are shared coin operated washer and dryer in the building for all tenants to use. The building is a quadraplex. You will have to hook up your own electric. We have the water and gas bill in our name and just charge you your portion at the beginning of every month. All persons living in the building have to purchase renters insurance that can be bought through any insurance provider (GIECO Progressive Lemonade ECT). No smoking Yearly lease $50 application fee
