This home is ideally situated just 10 minutes by car from almost anywhere in San Diego, including Downtown, Gaslamp Quarter, main beaches, and Seaworld. The backyard offers plenty of lounge chairs, an umbrella, a picnic table, and a grill for your enjoyment. This home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room, and a spacious backyard, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. South Park is a charming residential area known for its popular neighborhood restaurants ranging from innovative vegan food to upmarket Italian eats. Tree-lined Fern and 30th streets, the main thoroughfares, are also home to indie boutiques and cafes. Nearby Grape Street Dog Park offers views over the downtown skyline. The neighborhood is very walkable, but having a car is the best way to explore San Diego. Uber and Lyft services are readily available.
