Ubers and Lyfts are readily available. Dogs are allowed, up to two under 50lbs. Dogs must be leashed when outside, and guests must pick up after their dog and use the provided dog bag station. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should not be left unattended unless crated. Dogs must be housebroken and use designated potty areas, and guests should ensure their dog doesn't cause excessive noise. No glitter or confetti decorations are allowed, and no decorations are allowed on the wallpaper. Please remove all decorations before departure. Outdoor noise levels should be kept down during quiet hours. Smoking is not allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property, and a $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home. If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please provide a heads-up. The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess, and easy check-out instructions should be followed to avoid additional fees. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.
