    We went to our scheduled self tour, got the key out of the lock box, only to find out that the key does not work on that door at all. It did not even fit the door. We were unable to come in and look at which is a shame because we simply loved the neighborhood and it looks amazing in the pictures. We have another tour scheduled on Monday so hopefully this time we are able to see it.🤞 it took a while for them to get back to me but once they did they were extremely apologetic. They did the best that they could to make me happy and schedule another showing with me. Along with emailing the property manager that have them change the key before my next scheduled showing. In my opinion they rectified the situation
