Bedroom 1 is on the main floor, and Bedroom 2 is upstairs, with access to the roof terrace. The unit has zone heating and AC, allowing for energy efficiency. This apartment is on the 4th and 5th floors of a modern walk-up building. The building has a basement with shared bike storage and a lockable storage unit for the apartment. This storage unit is available to rent for $150/month. The Area: The apartment is a 6-minute walk from the Utica A/C train and a 10-minute walk from the Utica 4/5 train. St. Johns Park is nearby with a track, wall ball, and other sports facilities. There are also 4 Citibike docks within a 2 block radius to enjoy restaurants on Franklin, or take a jaunt down Eastern Parkway to Prospect Park. Some other perks: We can leave the already-installed TV if you like. The kitchen carts pictured in the kitchen can also stay for additional counter space. We currently have Bedroom 2 set up as an office. The office has a built-in desk big enough for two and ample cabinet storage. We can leave the desk and cabinets, or we can remove them if you want more flexibility with that space.
