After discussion between owner and prospective tenant and if mutual fit/interest, rental credit application would be required before final decision regarding rental. Any running of rental credit application is by mutual agreement and applies to each unit occupant. If 2 adult prospective occupants = 1 rental credit application required for each. Owner's cost is $30 per rental application and that is the cost to be reimbursed to the owner by the prospective tenant. Rental credit applications are only run if agreed to by all parties. Owner will accept reusable tenant screening report as a reference point.
