Up to two dogs are allowed, with a pet fee of $50 for one dog or $115 for two dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. This rental home is located in a quiet neighborhood, so guests are asked to respect the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties and keeping music and noise quiet after 10 pm each night. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises of the property. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and the rental agreement, which will be emailed once booking is received.
