Welcome to the fully furnished Hideaway! A minimum state of one month is required, and longer stays are welcomed. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping, child and animal free home. Note: the Hideaway is for single occupancy only. Located within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, quaint shops, and a Saturday farmers market in downtown Auburn. The Hideaway is also a few blocks from the most beautiful hiking and biking trails in the American River Canyon. It's the perfect home base for your foothill adventures. The Hideaway is a beautiful space, with a charming entrance, facing a park-like backyard, surrounded by oaks, cedars, and numerous terraced seating areas. It has a comfortable queen bed that awaits you for a rest and restoration, as well as plenty of space to relax on the L-shaped sofa. It also has plenty of closet space. For entertainment, there is a 50 inch TV controlled with a Roku remote for access to streaming services. Note: we provide access to Netflix, and you will have access to your subscriptions to other streaming service services. The kitchen is tastefully decorated with granite countertops, dishwasher, refrigerator, high-end Bosch microwave with convection oven, and an induction cooktop. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer, and an office space for you to catch up on work. The unit is move-in ready, with linens, dishes, pots and pans, soaps and shampoos, and cleaning supplies. For stays over a month, we provide a monthly cleaning, free of charge. The backyard is a beautiful outdoor area with a lawn and gardens, terraced seating areas, hanging lights, and fountain! You will have your own parking space and entrance. The Hideaway is your private oasis completely separate with its own entrance. The Canyon Retreat is upstairs and footsteps may be heard. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure everyone gets the rest that they need. Thank you for your consideration. Last month's rent due on signing. Owner is responsible for maintenance and repairs. This is paid in addition to the monthly rent. The deposit is the same as one month's rent which is $2300. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Overnight guest stays are no more than 3 nights per month unless discussed with landlord. In order to prevent wildlife from getting into the garbage can, tenant must secure garbage can lid each time it is used. Cardboard must be broken down before putting into the garbage can. Owner will perform monthly maintenance by cleaning shower and mini-split heat and air system and check for any potential maintenance concerns. Renters insurance is required.
