Parking is available in the driveway for two cars side-by-side. For families, a luxury Pack-n-Play or other children's furnishings are available for an additional charge, subject to availability. Located just a 5-minute drive from Newburyport, Plover's Nest provides easy access to a city renowned for its historic charm, excellent dining, unique boutiques, and cultural venues. Explore the Parker River Wildlife Refuge on Plum Island, a 6-mile barrier beach home to diverse wildlife and scenic views. Enjoy activities like kayaking, paddleboarding, and exploring the vibrant downtown area. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. No parties or events are allowed, and violations may result in eviction without a refund. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Pets are not allowed at Plover's Nest. The sleeping loft includes a desk, office chair, and lamp, making it a convenient space for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
