Also nearby are major thoroughfares like El Camino Real and California Ave, while highways 101, 85, and 280 are about 5 minutes away. The apartment has every amenity you need: a modern fully-stocked kitchen, TV, wifi, workspace, comfy bed, updated bathroom, and air conditioning (portable unit, vented through a window). While we don't have on-site or garage parking, plenty of parking is available on the street. There are private laundry machines reserved for this unit in the building. (Zillow says they are shared, but that's not correct. There are laundry machines reserved just for this unit.) For $80/month extra, we will include two monthly cleanings. Each cleaning costs us $80, so while we lose money on this offer, it enables us to offer more employment to our cleaners, and ensures that you're living in a pristine environment!
