The landlord is selling the furniture in the listing. Parking: You will have the left side of the driveway for parking. The upstairs tenant parks on the right side. There is also plenty of street parking. Upstairs: The upstairs is rented to a nice couple and their dog. They have a separate entrance. Laundry: There is a laundry room that is shared by upstairs and downstairs units. It is located in the basement. Backyard: Large backyard shared with upstairs tenant. Upstairs and downstairs renters have shared responsibility for mowing the lawn taking turns. Lawn is mowed every 2 weeks. Upstairs: The upstairs is currently rented to a couple and their dog. Renter is responsible for snow removal. Deposit & fees: $1600 + $160 (utilities) + $200 move out cleaning fee = $1960. Additional pet deposit and monthly pet fee if you bring a pet.
