I never got to meet the manager or landlord of the building I dealt with Jerry Leazer who was a horrible realtor!

The apartment was in deplorable living condition it had holes in the walls and look like he was infested with roaches. The patio door wouldn’t open up The kitchen was disgustingly dirty from the cabinets from the inside of the refrigerator to the stove. The kitchen was the size of a closet with uneven ugly red broken tiles. The toilet in the master bedroom was missing a bathroom lid and had very low water pressure with feces still in the toilet. Mr. Jerry Leazer was very unprofessional had an extremely nasty attitude and what I presume to be a racist. He demanded that I rent the apartment that day and that he’ll make a promise that it’ll get done I refused and ran for my life.
