This one-bedroom apartment is part of the Victorian main house at 1631 W 3rd Ave and it's a cozy space where the bedroom area is separated by French doors. Convenient location close to downtown Durango in a well sought after neighborhood. W/S/T are included in rent, tenant will pay gas and electricity. No students, cats, or smokers. One dog may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with a $200 pet deposit. No W/D. Gas heat. Because W/S/T are included, rent may vary depending on occupancy. Video tour available on our website.
