No sloppy monotone landlord special paint job here. Paint will be light gray walls with white trim.
This unit is located on the ground floor in the back of the building so it is close to everything but is nice and quiet with no road noise.
There is an amazing view of nature through the large new windows looking out at the forest and interesting rock outcrops. You will be looking out at this beautiful view and might even be able to see the magnificent owl that has been regularly seen flying around between the trees behind the building.
Virtually every thing in this unit is being replaced and upgraded.
Mini splits planned, but unfortunately no date has yet been provided by the installer so the listed price is without new mini splits. If the installer has availability the unit will be equipped with energy efficient mini split heating and cooling, but the rental price will increase slightly to account for this extra feature. I'm hopeful the mini splits can be installed by July 1, but I understand that there are installer availability issues and/or equipment availability issues. Depending on a new tenant's desires, mini splits could be installed after move in if they could not be installed before.
The kitchen and living room space are both in one large room. This gives you the flexibility of using your furniture to create two separate spaces or to keep an open concept, you chose layout to suit you best.
