It is the lower unit in a two-story dwelling which we have endeavored to soundproof as much as possible. A shared laundry room is conveniently located behind the building. We are on a well, there may be a sulfur smell occasionally however the water is fine and has been tested. Rental term: Six (6) months with month-to-month available after term ends. Limits on occupancy Occupancy is limited to two (2) people. Subletting: allowed with written permission from owner/landlord. Utilities Included in Rent Payment: Electricity, gas, water, sewer, garbage, internet, and landscaping. Pet Policy: Two cats or one dog 50 pounds or less.
