Violators of the no-parties policy may result in immediate termination of the stay. Smoking and/or vaping is not allowed inside or outside this property, and a $500 charge will be applied if evidence of smoking exists. Parking is available for a maximum of 3 cars, and no boat or trailer parking is allowed in the Sandcastle Cove community. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM per city ordinance, and violators will be asked to leave without a refund. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.
