Pets are welcome with a fee of USD 150 per pet per stay. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. Please note that the pool is not heated and does not have a pool light or jets. An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a USD 39/night fee for each additional guest. The fifth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 8 or more guests and the sixth bedroom for groups of 10 or more guests.

A USD 750 fine applies for smoking inside the property. Security cameras are installed at the front door and garage for safety purposes, recording 24/7. The master bedroom has a private jacuzzi-style hot tub, but the jets are not functional. Wildlife and occasional outdoor insects may appear in the garden/pool area, but they are harmless and pest control is conducted monthly.
