RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. The king guest room is comfortably furnished and offers a closet as well as a smart tv for your guest's comfort. A third guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has access to a private ensuite bathroom. At the end of the hall, you will find the primary suite. Furnished with a lush king-sized bed, this suite includes a large bathroom complete with dual vanities, a private water closet, walk in shower, and large garden tub. The primary bedroom also includes a dedicated workspace and has access to a private balcony.
