A heated plunge pool is available by request only, with a maintenance fee of $800 if improper use requires draining and refilling. Concierge services are available, including charcuterie boards, private chef, and grocery delivery. Guests are responsible for cleaning up trash and returning the property to its original condition, with a $150 fee for excess trash. Please respect the neighbors, as failure to do so may result in being asked to leave. Guests are responsible for taking all personal items out of the property at or before check-out.
