This place is in an amazing location! However, after touring the place, I realized the apartment building isn’t the way to go for me (I prefer more of a single level apt/ cottage or house). The apartment has a cute layout, but definitely needs to be updated in some areas. The bathroom is original and I got a creepy feeling when walking in there. I think it had to do with the lighting. The lighting in the bathroom and kitchen were very strange. There was also no light or fan in the bedroom, and a fan is a must for me. The balcony is looking over an empty lot that appently will be under construction soon, so that was a turn off. However, the pool looked amazing! Another plus is that there is plenty of storage-many closets! This could be a cute place for a young single, just not for me!
