The upstairs kitchen opens into the main dining area with seating for 10, perfect for shared meals and celebrations. The main living room upstairs offers vaulted ceilings, large windows with mountain views, and a comfortable space for conversation. Downstairs, a second living area includes plush seating, a smart TV, and a pool table. A private hot tub is available for evening relaxation. The home is pet-friendly and features a secure gated backyard. You'll also find a laundry room, ample guest parking, and garage access. Pets are allowed with approval, with a $10 a day charge per pet. This fee is waived for verified service animals. Any damages caused by your pet will be charged in accordance with the repair and professional cleaning. There is a $250 charge for unauthorized animals. You agree to pay for any items that become damaged during your stay or damage to the property.
