This condo is FULLY FURNISHED so just drop your bags and start enjoying the Rocky Mountains. LEASE TERMS & RENT: 11 + months $2700 / mo OR 6 Month Seasonal Rental for $3000/mo SMOKING POLICY: NO smoking, vaping or marijuana allowed in the property.
