The condo is on a safe and quiet cul-de-sac with very little street noise. Kite Hill Park and a beautiful local community garden are just steps away. The condo is a plant-lover's dream, with beautiful houseplants throughout providing a lush garden-like feel inside as well as out. The master bedroom is on its own floor and contains a King bed, automated blackout blinds, large lounge sofa, two large closets, mirrored yoga area, and TV with Roku. There is a bathroom with large shower and Toto bidet toilet attached to master bedroom. Master bedroom also opens up on to outdoor deck. The fully-stocked kitchen contains a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and numerous other kitchen appliances.
