This large, colorful two bedroom, two bath condo has incredible views of downtown San Francisco, Corona Heights, the Castro and everything in between. It is just a 10-minute walk from all the bars, restaurants, shops and amenities of both the Castro and Noe Valley neighborhoods. The condo is on a safe and quiet cul-de-sac with very little street noise. Kite Hill Park and a beautiful local community garden are just steps away. The condo is a plant-lover's dream, with beautiful houseplants throughout providing a lush garden-like feel inside as well as out. The master bedroom is on its own floor and contains a King bed, automated blackout blinds, large lounge sofa, two large closets, mirrored yoga area, and TV with Roku. There is a bathroom with large shower and Toto bidet toilet attached to master bedroom. Master bedroom also opens up on to outdoor deck. The fully-stocked kitchen contains a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and numerous other kitchen appliances. The large lounging and dining area with outdoor deck is decorated with two huge comfortable lounge sofas, TV with Roku, and an eight-person dining table. The outdoor deck is a perfect space to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the bay, or relax and unwind with a glass of wine after a hard day's work. There is a separate office area with desk and printer adjacent to the dining area. The second bedroom contains a king bed, a walk-in closet, and is adjacent to the second full bath which contains a large shower with dual shower heads. Note that this bedroom is only semi-private, with blackout curtains that separate it from the rest of the unit. If interior stairs are used to access master bedroom, you must walk through second bedroom. There are also exterior stairs to access the master bedroom level which avoids walking through this bedroom. Two off-street tandem parking spots are available at $400/month. We are close to multiple MUNI stops (San Francisco's public transportation system), so public transportation is also plentiful. We are just a couple blocks from several bus lines and a 15 minute walk down to the Castro light-rail station. NOTE: This is a fully furnished condo with exclusive access to outdoor decks and backyard. Renters will be responsible for all plant and garden care, as well as bringing trash bins out to the curb on Sunday evenings. While it is fully furnished, we also want you to feel free to make it your own, rearrange, change out artwork, etc. Owners maintain a locked storage area within the unit that may need to be accessed on very rare occasions. If interested, renter can continue to use cleaning lady that has been with us for 15 years. She cleans biweekly at a rate of $220/cleaning (which is a great deal for the size of the space). First month rent and security deposit (= 1 month rent) due at signing. Owner pays all utilities (High-Speed Internet, Gas, Electric, Water, Trash). Renters must show proof of renters insurance upon move-in with landlord listed as interested party. Well-behaved dogs welcome with proof of animal liability insurance. No cats. No smoking.
