All properties are vetted and furnished to provide a 5-star living experience. Home Truths: Please note that the building is currently undergoing exterior facade restoration throughout the summer. During this time, the elevator will be out of service, and guests will need to use the stairs to access the unit on the third floor. We will provide any schedule updates as soon as they become available. Please note that the office room is sealed off from guests. Additionally, master bedroom walk-in closet is not accessible for guests. Children are strictly prohibited to jump on the furniture or beds in the home. Additionally, they are not allowed to ride on toys, scooters or skateboards inside the loft. Parking Details: Street parking on Greene Street is available after 6:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Indoor parking is also available one block over on Wooster Street. Security Deposit Policy: A Security Deposit is required for all rentals. Amounts vary by length of stay and may be held on a credit card or collected as a cash deposit.
