The first floor includes a living area with a plush sofa, cozy accent chairs, and a big-screen smart TV. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with high-end appliances, including a full-size fridge/freezer, a chef's oven and gas cooktop, a built-in microwave, a wine cooler, a duo coffee maker, and two dishwashers. There is also a garage with a ping pong table and beach gear. The pool and spa can be heated with a reservation. An EV charger is installed in the garage. Located in St. Augustine Beach, this home is just a few minutes from the public pier and an easy walk to many of the top restaurants on the beach side. The white sandy beach is just steps away. It is also just a 10-minute drive into the historic/downtown area of St. Augustine. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. No decor may be hung using tape, nails, or adhesive on the walls, and additional fees will apply if any damage is found from hanging banners, etc. No confetti is allowed anywhere. Security cameras are installed at the front of the home, above the garage, on the left side of the home facing the gate, and in the backyard/pool area. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to cameras may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the balconies and garage. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee up to $500. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100/hr.
