This Studio/Cottage is located right next to beautiful downtown Ashland, 1 1/2 blocks from the central square, Lithia Park, Oregon Cabaret and Oregon Shakespeare Festival theaters. Close to all the shopping restaurants and downtown Ashland activities. Walk, ride bikes or drive to anywhere in the beautiful Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon with the best outdoor activities in the U.S. Ski, Fish, Rafting, Kayak, Mountain Bike, Hike, Amazing Wineries, Gyms, Southern Oregon University and nearby Historic Jacksonville and incredible Crater Lake and Mt. Ashland. Medford Airport is a small regional but lands big jets getting you anywhere. Home of some of the biggest east to west rivers have fun on the Rogue, Chetco or Umpqua Rivers. Bend is 3 hours away and Brookings, the southern most Oregon Coastal town is 2 1/2 hours West. Pulls out from wall and adjust out, left and right for watching in bed or elsewhere in the studio. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the deck. Includes cookware, utensils, cleaners, floor vac, broom and mop, Convection/Broiler/Toaster oven with Microwave, coffee makers and 2 burner hot plate. All work excellent. Stacked Washer/Dryer is brand new like most everything in our Studio. Water heater is electric tankless behind Washer/Dryer and works fantastic. Ceiling Fan and AC/Heat in wall works great along with in wall bathroom heater that really helps when bathroom door is open. Parking right out front of main house on the street.
