The suite has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, a fridge, a stove, a dishwasher and electric base board heaters. Hot water is included in the rent. The electrical meter and the internet are not included in the rent. The fireplace operation, in the winter months, is optional, with an extra cost of $30.00C per month for the winter months. One gated underground parking stall is included in the rent. An additional parking stall, if available, can be rented for an additional cost of $45.00C per month. No smoking or vaping.
