     Management

    Very nice owner. She wasn't sure about a few things we asked about, but we feel she would help us get the answers if we had another conversation. I'm sure she would be a nice landlord.

     Property

    The apartment is a good value in a great location with a trail for running and walking just across the street. The kitchen and its appliances are updated and very good. We liked the layout of kitchen and living room. Stackable washer and dryer are in the second bedroom and of good quality. We liked the shared backyard, although it needs work as it's unkempt. I liked the prospect of growing veggies there. Indoor parking is really good as there is room in the spot for extra storage. Master bedroom and living room have an open view, but you can't see the ocean. Sunset would be beautiful! There the is no view at all from second bedroom. We think the price quoted us is fair. The biggest reason it won't work for us is that the closets and bathrooms are too small.
