The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and the indoor dining area is perfect for family meals. You also have free access to the community water park and amenity center, and can relax on the outdoor patio furniture. For an additional $35 per day, you can add pool heating to your reservation, with at least a week's notice required. We welcome one house-trained dog with prior written notification and approval, subject to a pet fee and up to $150 security deposit. Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the driveway, with additional parking options within the community. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in Florida, offering a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses and nearby access to Orlando's theme parks like Disney World. This home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and excessive noise should be minimized during this time. No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property, and no third-party bookings are permitted unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and report any damages immediately. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. A laptop computer is not included.
