The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, including a stainless steel fridge, oven, dishwasher, and a built-in electric stovetop grill. Laundry facilities are located in the basement, accessible via stairs.
Pets are welcome, and the number of pets is negotiable. The cleaning fee is also negotiable and is based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. Additional hospital amenities such as a reclining chair and shower bench are available upon request. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m., and guests are advised to move their cars into the driveway or garage to avoid tickets. No more than four cars are allowed at the house.

Guests staying between 30-59 days will have a $500 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. Exceeding this cap by more than $25 will require reimbursement. Guests staying 60 days or more must reimburse for utility usage, except for Wi-Fi and security system. This older house is located in a wooded area, and while thorough cleaning is done before each guest's arrival, sightings of local wildlife like deer and squirrels are common. In the rare event of seeing a mouse inside, guests should alert us immediately. Smoking is prohibited inside the house, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly outside to avoid a litter fee. Snow removal is not provided unless more than 3-4 inches accumulate in one day, but snow shovels are available for guest use. Lawn maintenance is provided during spring, summer, and fall. Extra blankets are available, but no extra pillows are provided.
