We've been called by many of our tenants as the best landlord they've ever had and it's worth coming by to see this unit. Freshly renovated unit with refinished hardwood floors, new wall AC units, ceiling fans, new appliances. Includes lots of closets as well as a storage locker in the basement and bike storage space. We put a lot of heart into our units and are looking for tenants who will take good care of them and appreciate them. This is a 14 unit building with an elevator. We have laundry facilities in the basement but there is also a commercial laundry mat just across the street. This is an owner occupied building and our management office is onsite. We're a medium size landlord but operate like a small single owner with care and communication. This unit is still being worked on so please pardon the mess in the photos.
