Relax on high-end memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms, and enjoy entertainment on two Smart TVs. The property also includes a propane BBQ grill, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and a washer and dryer on site. Kid-friendly amenities such as a Pack 'n Play and children's dinnerware are available. Dogs are welcome with a maximum of three allowed, and a fee of $90 per dog must be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Situated on a quiet country road, the property is walkable to Beaver Lake, just 0.5 miles away, with Hickory Creek Marina only 1.1 miles away. Enjoy a private acre of land surrounding the home, complete with shade trees and ample parking in the gravel driveway and covered carport. Water levels may change due to environmental factors, which could impact lake accessibility and appearance. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Unauthorized parties or events will incur a fine of $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
