Absolutely no smoking is allowed in this apartment from either the residents or their visitors. While this lease is a month-to-month, a long term tenant is sought.
Owner pays for water and sewage, as well as the external lights' electricity. Renter is responsible for their own gas and electricity. Security deposit must be made at the time the lease is signed and the first month's rent must be paid and cleared by the bank before move-in.
Only one pet is allowed in the apartment and the pet's owner(s) must provide documented proof that the pet is quiet and docile.
