Majestic Laundry and Dry Cleaning is a full service laundromat located next to Foodland in the Pukalani Terrace Shopping Center. Our bungalow is ideal for a single person, and will only be rented to one (1) tenant who owns one (1) car. Again, we are only looking for one (1) tenant who has one (1) vehicle. RENT: * Monthly Rent is: $1,450 plus 4.712% GE Tax. * In other words, your monthly total rent with GET will be: $1,450 + $68 (4.712% GET) = $1,518.
