The complex is a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with plenty of off street parking. Sea View has a condo feel as opposed to the typical apartment complex. All prospective tenants must submit an application and pass a standardized screening process prior to approval. Most of our long-term residents are employed professionals, military or skilled trades. Sea View does NOT accept dogs (except: a trained & documented service dog.) and no smoking in or around the apartments.
