Step outside to your private poolside paradise, complete with outdoor loungers and a sun deck. Parking is available with space for up to two vehicles in the driveway and one additional vehicle on the street in front of the property. If you would like pool heat and/or hot tub, it must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in, with a fee of $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. We welcome one house-trained dog with a pet fee applied and subject to a security deposit. Nestled in the heart of ChampionsGate, FL, this gated resort community offers a lifestyle filled with recreation and luxury. Plus, with close proximity to the I-4 and Highway 27, getting around is quick and easy, making exploring the area a breeze. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. For your safety and comfort, avoid using the pool during cold or rainy weather. The property has a no-smoking and no-drugs policy, and violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The home is not baby-proofed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Includes Wi-Fi and a comfortable environment for remote work, although a laptop computer is not included.
