Just 2 blocks from Missouri Ave and West Bay Drive and a short distance to shopping and grocery stores. The property is nicely maintained and our goal is high tenant satisfaction so any repairs are handled quickly and efficiently. From US 19.. drive west on East Bay Drive, go past Missouri Ave 2 blocks and right on 3rd St. N.W. 152 3rd St. N.W is right on the corner. Apt #5 is available. The mini-blinds are open so you can look inside. There is an application in the mailbox with my fax number on it. On the bus-line 5 blocks to the Pinellas Trail Monthly rent: $995 Weekly rent: $275 Water/Sewer/Garbage and Electric ONLY $95 --No turn on fees Tenant pays gas for water heater.
